Returns and Exchange
Return is defined as the action of giving back the Product.
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision.
We offer a one time exchange in size or style for all non-discounted items on our website. We also provide an option of a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months. The piece should be unworn and intact with all the tags and labels. Pack the item with a note inside mentioning the request. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.
The first time shipping to the customer is free. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for sending the piece to us and the return shipping fees, which must be paid in advance. For a COD delivery, an additional Rs 150 will be charged.
If a product was defective, damaged or hampered during transportation or the wrong item was sent by Basant Kothi it must be notified by email within 24 hours of the delivery to customercare@basantkothi.com. In the event Basant Kothi accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, we will arrange for the pickup and return shipping. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order.
We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.

All sale items are available at their best & final price and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping charges vary with the size and mode of consignment.
Delivery Time
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. We ship in 7-10 working days depending on the piece. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 10-14 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
